The important questions
Clarity is
part of the luxury.
The proposed model, the details still to come, and what this preview does not do.
The club
The club.
What is Almajour?+
A non-equity destination club in development, with a vision for boutique hotels and estates connected through membership.
Is membership an investment?+
No. The proposed model provides access to stays, not shares, a deed or property ownership.
Who is the club for?+
The concept is for people who value distinctive places and time with family, friends or colleagues.
Membership and booking
Membership and booking.
How would nights work?+
The proposed model uses annual nights. Allocations, booking priorities, peak-date rules and expiry remain to be defined.
Are stays guaranteed?+
No. No current inventory or availability is confirmed. Future stays would be subject to final terms and availability.
Can I bring guests or gift nights?+
Guest, gifting and transfer rules have not been finalised. They must be provided before joining.
What will it cost?+
No fees are approved or offered through this preview. Taxes and extras would need to be clearly disclosed.
When do bookings open?+
There is no confirmed public opening date on this site. Joining a future waitlist would not reserve a stay.
Waitlist and privacy
Waitlist and privacy.
Does the waitlist require payment?+
No payment is requested in this preview. A future waitlist can remain separate from membership sales.
Is this form sending my information?+
No. Online forms are inactive, and nothing is sent or stored.
Can I use the member portal?+
Member access is not available yet. No live account system is connected.
Payments and commitments
Payments and commitments.
Can I pay a deposit now?+
No. Payments are not available, and these pages never collect card details.
Is a deposit refundable?+
No deposit is offered, so no refund policy is stated. Written terms and legal review are needed before taking money.
Will a deposit guarantee membership?+
No such promise is made. Admission, availability and any payment terms must be explicitly defined.
Where are the confirmed properties?+
There are none listed. All images and destination directions are illustrative.
